Tribulum is a technology consulting firm that provides services based on a wide variety of industry experience combined with best practices in the area of technology implementation and management. Our engagements always revolve around how we can use technology as a tool to improve the condition of our clients' business.
Rod Bland, the principal of Tribulum, has over a decade of experience managing IT infrastructures and implementing new I.T. initiatives for dozens of organisations, using a wide variety of technologies.
Although most of our work is with existing clients, it is predominately new project work, with engagements spanning from 1-6 months in most cases.
We use a collaborative approach, involving the clients personnel and resources, and work against specific objectives that contribute to client business goals, with clearly established outcomes and timing.
One of our key goals as we complete every engagement is to ensure that we have transferred skills from our Project Consultants to our clients' staff for integration in to their day-to-day operations. We usually only return for new project requirements, bringing with us a higher level of experience and know-how gained from working on other projects.
Our fee terms are on a fixed price per-project basis only, not an hourly rate. This allows our clients to accurately forecast project costs, and allows our staff to provide whatever assistance the client needs to meet the project goals, without the need to track and on-charge their time.
